The problem

Users wanted a quick way to access Embra that felt lightweight, context-aware, and didn’t disrupt their current flow. They were accustomed to similar tools like Raycast or Spotlight.

The solution

The OS Overlay provides a minimal, responsive overlay UI that:

- Launches quickly via hotkey
- Delivers contextual AI suggestions based on the current app
- Enables streamlined AI chat and command initiation
- Hands off smoothly into the full Embra client when deeper interaction is needed

The design prioritized simplicity and focus, removing unnecessary chrome so users could stay in the flow and get relevant help without distraction.
